Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. (Except for made-to-order products, which might take a minimum of 7-10 days to process before they're ready to be shipped)
Shipping charges for all COD orders is ₹149.
In case an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to cancellation via OTP, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting the logistics charges incurred for both forward and reverse shipping.
All your orders will take approximately 5-7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch.
We do not have express shipping available. However, for orders in Delhi or Noida, same-day delivery could be made possible via Porter or Borzo. You may request the same by reaching out to our customer support via WhatsApp or email. However, the charges (as per actuals) are payable at the customer’s end.
While our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, depending on the load on the logistics network during the festive season or rush period, delivery times may extend beyond our control. We cannot assure delivery by a certain date under any circumstances.
