1. Usually, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days once it is placed on the website. However, in case of pre-order items and made-to-order items, the dispatch timeline will vary and may take up to 7 days from the order date. Kindly take a note on this.

3. Shipping charges for all COD orders will be INR 99 to be paid while placing the order.

2. An exchange/return fee of ₹100 per product is applicable to cover logistics and handling costs.

5. 5. In-case of returns, a reverse pickup charge of ₹100 per product will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded back to your account in case of prepaid order or via store credit for COD orders.
